Date: 07.11.07 Last painting of the trip. Done on Sealeaze beach in Bude (which is just a fun name to say – Buuuuuuuuuuude XD ). This is an unusual painting shape for me, being very similar to a panoramic photo. Unfortunately, watercolor paper and scanners don't get along very well, so it scanned poorly and most of the sky isn't visible, but I assure you that it is there! My mother and brother went for a walk while I painted – you can see them walking along the bluff in the picture. When I saw them up there, I had to include them, even if I didn't include the two dozen or so boats in the water >.> |
