Date: 07.04.05 Painted on my second day in Venice – I like this painting better than the one I did the day before, despite the fact that I sketched in less of the picture, as I wanted to start painting :) A little rushed on the water and the foreground, as I was running out of time and was supposed ot meet my parents in Piazza San Marco, but still quite nice I believe (which it had better be after 4+ hours sitting on a bridge during the middle of the day in a heat wave -.-;;). Love the Venezia – much prettier than the Californian version :D |
