Date: fall, 2001 (yes, I know it says "spring 2002" on the picture, but that's wrong) More Ryman program homework (we did draw in class as well, but for some reason I never scanned any of those in...). If nothing else, I think I was known in my class for having strange objects in my homework. The horse head is a bookend of my mother's that she's never actually used on books, but the hammer is my own. No, wait, my bad. That hammer isn't mine, it's my dad's; the handle on mine is rounder and also a lighter color. The piece of wood in the lower left hand corner was actually a stamp that I made for AP art. The hardest part of this picture was making sure that the hammer didn't break the horse, which is made out of some type of ceramic, and, as such, very delicate (yikes!). |
