Date: 05.17.01 My art teacher in high school had a lot of old National Geographics in her classroom. When I couldn't find anything else to draw/paint/whatever, I'd find an animal picture that I liked in one of these. One was the source of the reference picture used for my tiger oil painting. Another was used for this, my second pastel picture (or is it painting? I'm never sure...). I chose the picture because I like frogs (though not to the same extent as my friend Megan), and the frogs had pretty iridescent skin. I swear, it wasn't until after I was finished that I realized what they were doing. Many of the people in my advanced art class called me perverted, disgusting, etc. I have no idea why... Look! The frogs are hugging ^_^ |
