Date: spring 2002 My cool class pastel. This was done between two different Fridays (I tended to put off my art class homework until the night before). I sketched it out and blocked in the colors on the first Friday, but then I forgot to refrigerate the avacado over the following week, and by the next Friday, it had gone on to veggie still-life heaven (or would that be "fruit still-life"?). So I ended up coloring the avacado completely from memory... And it was a waste of a good avacado, too! |
